The King’s School uses Google Suite for Education within Years 3 and above.
To access these resources from home, your child needs to have their username and password that has been issued to every child that needs it.
Students can only send and receive messages between King’s School users and all messages are logged and monitored as appropriate.
The link to log in (using their full school email address) is https://webmail.thekingsschool.org.uk.
Students can create, store and share documents (again only with members of the King’s School and fully logged and monitored as appropriate) from any web browser and is the recommended way in which Senior students should store their work (no more USB sticks!)
The link to log in (using their full school email address) is https://drive.thekingsschool.org.uk.
Teachers use Google Classroom to assign work and provide resources. This is extremely useful if your child is off school for any reason as they can keep up to date with their classwork.
The link to log in (using their full school email address) is https://classroom.google.com/
If the student is unable to login from home, they should initially ask for help from their teacher/form tutor.
If your child is unable to come into school, they have been given an email address which they can ask for help. If their password is reset, it will be sent to their parent/guardian email address on file.
